Description: Our potato vodka is almost exclusively made from potatoes. It sounds simple enough, but it is in fact rather challenging to achieve. In cooperation with a Frisian potato farmer we have managed to select just the right type of potato to produce this vodka. And with the help of our knowledge of and experience with fermentation processes, we have successfully created a vodka which is full of flavour.
Colour: This potato vodka is clear and colourless.
Smell: With its subtle, flowery and sweet aroma this vodka’s uniqueness becomes apparent from the moment you smell it.
Taste: The taste is mild and exceptionally smooth, endorsing the near-exclusive use of potatoes for making this vodka.
Aftertaste: The aftertaste is also mild and exceptionally smooth for a vodka.
